Do you have a brick and mortar store?

Yes and no. No, because we are not open to the public set days or hours but, yes because we do have occasional open houses/markets held in our studio space! Follow our Instagram @love.and.grey for updates! 

 

Do you do custom orders?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom orders. 

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We are located in Des Moines. Use code LOCAL at checkout. We will send you an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready. 

 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please provide pictures of your damaged item and your order number in an email to support@loveandgrey.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
