Return Policies:

  • Clothing/shoes  - we accept returns on clothing/shoes for STORE CREDIT only. You have 10 days after arrival for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached to return. If you wish to return please email us at support@loveandgrey.com with your order number. We will issue you a return label to ship the item(s) back to us. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. Once we receive your return you will receive an email with a coupon code for your store credit. Make sure to save this email with your code. Please note original shipping is not reimbursed. 
  • Jewelry/accessories - we do NOT accept any returns for jewelry or accessories.
  • Home decor - we do not accept returns for home decor/seasonal items. We are a small shop and won't except returns on home decor simply for "a change of mind". Please email us at support@loveandgrey.com if there are any questions or damages regarding items and we can discuss how to proceed.
  • Paintings - we do NOT accept returns of any kind for paintings. 

 

Exchanges: at this time we can't offer exchanges due to items being sold out.

Sale items: all sales final

 Shipping: 

+ All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email please check your email address is correct on the order. 

+ We typically ship through USPS and UPS. International orders may differ. 

+ Please note that incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. 

+ We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if any of these happen.

+ We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that delays are possible. We typically ship out orders in batches 2-3 times a week. 

+ If you have multiple orders during our shipping period will will do our best to ship them together and refund any overages. 

Local pickup: If you would like to pickup your order in Des Moines, use coupon code LOCAL at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup with directions and instructions. THIS CODE IS FOR LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. WE WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER IF YOU USE THIS CODE.
