SHIPPING + RETURNS
PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed July 8th - July 16th will be shipped out July 17tH AS WE ARE OUT OF OFFICE
- Clothing - we accept returns up to 15 days of arrival for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the retailer. Your return will be processed as soon as it arrives back to us. Please note original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed.
- Jewelry - we do NOT accept any returns for jewelry.
- Home decor - we will look at returns for home decor as a case to case basis. We do not guarantee returns for home decor as we are a small shop and won't except returns on home decor simply for "a change of mind". Please email us at email@example.com if you are looking to return.
- Paintings - we do NOT accept returns of any kind for paintings.
Exchanges: at this time we can't offer exchanges due to items being sold out.
Shipping: All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email please check your email address is correct on the order.
We typically ship through USPS and UPS. International orders may differ.
Please note that incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if any of these happen.
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that delays are possible. We typically ship out orders in batches 1-3 times a week.
If you have multiple orders during our shipping period will will ship them together and refund any overages.
